У 1937 році в цій будівлі було залічкове товариство. За усними свідченнями сокальчан, у першій половині ХХ століття тут була позичкова каса, аптека. За радянського періоду в будинку знаходився клуб «Укрзахідвугілля». З 2004 року будинок передано Сокальській Малій академії наук учнівської молоді (з 03.08. 2021 р. – КЗ « Сокальська Мала академія наук учнівської молоді імені Ігоря Богачевського»).

The building was built in 1895. The County Credit Society has been operating in it since 1900. From March 1930, this Society began to be called the Ukrainian Bank. In 1937, this building had a loan company. According to the oral testimony of Sokal residents, in the first half of the 20th century there was a loan office and a pharmacy here. During the Soviet period, there was the “Ukrzahidvuhilya” club in the building. Since 2004, the building has been transferred to the Sokal Junior Academy of Sciences of Student Youth (since August 3, 2021 - Sokal Junior Academy of Sciences of Student Youth named after Igor Bogachevskyi).
